Terms & Conditions

1.

Within 7 Days from the date of purchase, exchange for “New Product” with quality issues and only one-off exchange can be accepted with a valid Family Store receipt. (Items can be exchanged once only, excluding intimate clothing, accessories, and discounted items.)

2.

“New Product” can be exchanged at the store where you purchased.

3.

Goods exchange will be only accepted upon presentation of the valid sales slip and keeping all of the original packaging, labels and tags. And the product must be unused with completed and unopened packaging.

4.

Any gift or redemption item issued with the original purchase shall be returned together with the item for exchange.

5.

No battery supply or replacement will be provided on any product.

6.

No warranty for home appliances or electronic gadgets.

7.

All discounts are calculated individually on each single item and the discounted amount of each single item is rounded to the nearest 10 cents.

8.

All products are on charity sales as-is without genuineness and quality assurance.

9.

The Salvation Army Family Stores reserves the right of final decision.
